Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) filed paperwork with the FEC on Monday to run for his House seat in 2028, days after losing the 2026 primary to Trump-backed challenger Ed Gallrein. The primary was the most expensive on record, with over $32 million in spending, much of it from pro-Israel groups targeting Massie for his criticism of Israel.
