On Tuesday, a gunman reported to be 89 years old fired a shotgun at a social security office in the Petralona neighborhood of Athens, wounding one employee, then fled and opened fire at a courthouse in Ampelokipi. A total of at least four to five people were wounded across both locations. The suspect was later arrested near the city of Patra, approximately 130 miles west of Athens.
