Hayam El Gamal and her five children, family members of Colorado firebombing suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman, were re-detained by ICE on Saturday hours after being released under a federal court order. Their lawyers say the re-detention violated a court order from Judge Fred Biery barring their detention or removal. Judge Biery issued an emergency stay halting deportation, which lawyers say turned around a deportation flight already in progress.
