Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps seized two container ships, the MSC Francesca and the Epaminondas, in the Strait of Hormuz on Wednesday. Both vessels were taken toward the port of Bandar Abbas with a combined 40 crew members aboard. Iran released video footage of the seizures, and several countries including the Philippines and Montenegro confirmed their citizens were among the crew.
