White House warns DHS funding to pay TSA and other workers will run out by May
The White House Office of Management and Budget issued a memo warning Congress that funds used to pay Department of Homeland Security personnel, including TSA workers, will be exhausted by May. The memo called on the House to quickly pass the Senate budget resolution to unlock full DHS funding. The partial government shutdown affecting DHS has now lasted a record 66 days.
