Rep. Ilhan Omar filed amended financial disclosure forms reducing her and her husband's reported assets from between $6 million and $30 million to between $18,004 and $95,000, attributing the original filing to accounting errors. The amendment came after the Office of Congressional Conduct sent Omar a letter in March regarding the discrepancy. Omar's spokesperson said the congresswoman voluntarily amended the disclosures as soon as the error was identified.
