Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in Russia's Tyumen Region, over 2,000km from Ukraine. Zelensky also announced that Ukraine has developed new long-range drones capable of operating over 3,000km. The governor of Tyumen Region said Russian air defences repelled the drone attack.
