Federal judge rules DOJ can release Biden ghostwriter audio recordings to Heritage Foundation.
U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich denied former President Joe Biden's request for a preliminary injunction to block the release of audio recordings from his conversations with ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer. The recordings, approximately 70 hours, were reviewed by Special Counsel Robert Hur during his investigation into Biden's handling of classified documents. The Justice Department intends to release redacted versions to the Heritage Foundation, which sought the materials through a FOIA lawsuit.
